Delivery

We ensure all orders are processed, checked and despatched as promptly as possible.

All deliveries are sent on a next day service using our couriers DPD and Parcel Force. 

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (Saturday Deliveries Upon Request)

Standard Delivery Service

For the majority of orders, our usual turnaround time on Plain Items (No Logo) 1-2 working days and Personalised Items 6-8 working days. We also offer an Express Service which is 3-4 working day despatch on personalised items.

  •  All orders of £100.00 (excluding VAT) or above and going to mainland UK will receive FREE standard delivery.

  •  Shipping on all orders below £100.00 is £5.99+VAT

  •  Couriers/Shipping: We use are Parcel Force or DPD.

 

Express Delivery Service ( Personalised Items Only)

Need it quickly? Then our Express Delivery option is for you with a guaranteed 3-4 working day despatch on personalised items

  •  Fast 3-4 working days turnaround is our standard service

  • This service is subject to a production upgrade surcharge of £1.50+VAT per item 

 


Delivery Times:

  •  Products with a logo or customisation will on average take 7-9 working days for your delivery to arrive or with Express Delivery 4-5 working days to arrive 

  •  Products without a logo or customisation will generally take 2-3 working days to arrive, this applies to 90% of products on our website, some brands such as Helly Hansen, Behrens, may take 3-5 working days for delivery depending on the product(s) / brands. (Due to us stocking a large range of brands some suppliers take longer to send the garments although we aim to get items out as soon as possible sometimes suppliers may slightly delay this process).

Please note delivery times may extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak trading seasons and delivery time frames are subject to stock availability. Should any delays be likely to occur, rest assured our customer service team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternative garments where appropriate.

 


Returns

Please note that returns will not be accepted on personalised/customised garments. If a problem occurs replacements will be provided.

Plain garments can be returned to us for an exchange or refund of the item cost within 14 days of delivery. If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.Garments must be returned in original packaging in a resalable condition. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions.

Returning Items - We do not offer a free collection of returning samples so recommend sending them via Royal Mail tracked or booking a collection through Parcel2Go.
